| About Us Photography has always been a lifetime passion of ours. We have been involved in photography for over 25 years on a professional level working with and for other studios. The last few years we have devoted more time to family and friends, but at the urging of family, friends, and clients, we are returning to photography on our own terms, so we are able to balance time for family and friends, and still satisfy our photographic visions. Our photographic visions provide a product that is truly creative, personalized and unique, designed to give treasured memories for generations to come. | Who We Are J. Miller-Smith Photography is a husband and wife team based out of Chillicothe, Ohio. Joel does most of the photography work, while Pen handles the business aspect of our organization, and together we make an awesome team. We primarily work in the South Central part of the state, but we travel throughout the state for on location work. Several weeks throughout the year we travel to the beautiful Outer Banks of North Carolina which we call our second home, and we are available for some gorgeous on location work.
